The Parade of Despotism is primarily a digital centre, which both harnesses and develops biometric and blockchain technology to facilitate control in the form of totalitarianism.

The building also provides for those opposite to control, those whom are associated with having very little, The Homeless. It stores and develops a small device that allows for communication. The device enables 'The Hobo code' to meet 'Waze' facilitating a homeless urban virtual network.

The buildings aims to parade the untouchable governmental control that is juxtaposed by the homeless, presenting moments of interaction and segregation, whilst expressing the inherent irony through the buildings layers and transparencies.
